CORE VALUES
What I stand for.
My Core Values aren't words somebody designed for an office wall. They're part of the system I use to make decisions about my businesses, relationships and life.
FIVE CORE VALUES
They've changed over time as I've changed.
And one of the first things I teach entrepreneurs is how to understand their own.
01
Caring about delivering awesome
Start with the foundations before you develop the bad habits everyone else has to unlearn later. Get your values, goals and habits sorted first — then build.
02
MUTUAL RESPECT
Everyone in the room matters, regardless of title. Respect is earned by how you treat people, not by your position.
03
IT'S IMPORTANT TO BE NICE
You can be ambitious and driven without being difficult to work with. Kindness isn't weakness.
04
BE OPEN MINDED, BE CREATIVE
The best answer rarely arrives first. Stay curious, question assumptions, and be willing to change your mind.
05
PRO-ACTIVITY RULES
Don't wait to be told. See the problem, own it, and go and sort it out.
Don't copy mine.
Build yours.
The point isn't my list. It's understanding yours — and Entrepreneurial Foundations starts exactly there.
